The cement bleeds through between plywood forms that make the floors and some poor soul has to grind off the sharp edges.

Photos - L-R - The Olympic Village construction site on West 1st avenue has more construction cranes concentrated in one area than I have seen in Vancouver in quite some time.
The Millennium Water sales sign with a bigger than life image of False Creek with the Vancouver City Scape - it looks like a perfect world that is being presented - all it costs is a paltry 450 Thousand to 6 Million to buy in.
