Fishing Boat - British Columbia

Beached Fishing Boat - near a fishing village at 18671 River Road Richmond (Lulu Island) tug boat Harken No 6 slowly moves down river in background moving a log boom - February 15, 2009.
I first noticed this beached vessel laying on its side from Fraser Foreshore Park at Kaymar Creek outlet into the Fraser River. I quickly finished up my exploration of Fraser Foreshore Park in Burnaby, then headed east along Marine Way to the Queensborough Bridge over the river to Lulu Island. After exiting at Boyd street I followed the main road past the new strip mall area to River Road and continued west to the 18600 block where an old fishing dock with moored boats resides.
According to the residents in the area, this boat has been laying on its side in the muddy shore of the Fraser River for a number of years now. Does anyone remember it's name?
