Beaches - Pacific
This sheltered bay at Maruata is a protected beach for the Giant Sea Turtle. Several occasions during our stay here, (while relaxing on the beach at night) the wildlife conservation control soldiers came around to investigate visitors and to see if any turtles had made nests and laid eggs.
