the BC Hydro Company must love this festive time of year as many folks all over the Lower Mainland deck the yard with boughs of electric lights. Some fun spots for Christmas Lights in the Vancouver east side: 3900 block Victoria Drive, East 1st Avenue at Kamloops, the 2500 block of Venables, and the 2600 block of Kitchner.
