Concordia - Dry-dock at Allied Shipyards

Warm weather in Vancouver - is perfect for outside painting and refitting.

It is a 188 foot, square rigged Barquentine built to modern safety standards. 188 ft long, 31 ft breadth, 115 ft masts, 13.1 ft draft. Sale area is approx. 993 sq. meters or 10, 689 square feet. Maximum 5 sails.
Arrived in Vancouver for refit (Allied Shipyards at mouth of Seymour River) after sailing Pacific Rim and Vancouver Island (July 30). It is primarily an instructional ship from Montreal Quebec, although it has moved it's home berth to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia (as of July 31)
