Photos - Frames left and right: There is always an interesting assortment of traffic on the main streets into Oaxaca - this is Madero, which can be traveled on if you keep to the right when getting to the north edge of Oaxaca city off Mexico Highway 190 from Mexico City. This road follows the railroad tracks into down town. Buses are very popular in Oaxaca and are usually owned by a family and operates on a daily basis (unless the bus breaks down) This is a Eurobus which is a popular brand (frame left). As I said, Volkswagens are also very popular - excellent on gas, easy to repair and parts are very easy to come by.
Center frame: Another interesting doorway. Some days when I explored Oaxaca city, I concentrated upon doorways and windows.

Photos - You can see why I can easily concentrate on doors and windows as a subject. Further along here, in the next few weeks, I will show a series of door knockers and latches from some of the oldest buildings in Oaxaca.
