Photos - Following the trail out of the Suchilquitongo archeological site in Etla Valley North of Oaxaca city in Oaxaca Mexico - showing the view south of the beautiful semi-desert valley. Some of the dirt trails you see are from local villagers who bring their goat herd in the area to graze.

Photos - The trail leading down to the parking lot (frame left), at the base of Suchilquitongo looking south east toward the Mex Highway 190 with a couple cactus trees in foreground (center frame), From the Parking lot looking south toward Etla and the City of Oaxaca - It's a hazy day, probably from the pollution hanging over the City of Oaxaca (frame right).

Photos - Humble abodes and farm land - shot from the passenger seat of the van as we rolled by on our way back to San Agustin and Etla.

In tomorrow's photos, I'll show you a bit of Etla, the main village near San Agustin.
