Normally this ramp to the beach at Rocky Point Shoreline Park is above water. Is this just an unusual occurance? Or is this a taste of the things we face in the future? The folks at the Weather Bureau say that it was the high wind off shore and the Pinapple Express rain storms of late. I hope they are correct.
