Who Passed away July 21, 2005 (10:30PM) at Vancouver General Hospital after a long struggle with a chest infection.

My memories start from the live concerts at the Commodore Ballroom in the early 1980's and the guest appearances with Nite Vision Television show during 1985 and 1986. Long John was one of the few who supported me as a photojournalist in my early career.
