A small waterfront village on Secret Bay in Sechelt Inlet, Egmont is located a short distance east of the BC Ferries terminal at Earls Cove.
Egmont is the trailhead for Skookumchuck Provincial Park, and features two modern marinas offering moorage and supplies for yachts and floatplanes. Boat Charters are available in Egmont, and guided tours can be arranged to the many natural attractions in the area.
Egmont is named after the HMS Egmont, which served under Rear-Admiral Sir John Jervis at the Battle of St. Vincent on 14th February 1797.

Possibly the best kept secret of the Sunshine Coast, Cliff Gilker Regional Park is without doubt the jewel of Roberts Creek.
Located on the east side of the road at 3110 Sunshine Coast Highway, this park boasts towering old growth red cedars set between the tumbling waters of Clack and Roberts Creeks. A well-maintained network of paths with clear color-coded paths ramble over unique wooden bridges and between waterfalls, worth an hour or two on foot, any day. Rain or shine, you're covered by the canopy and in BC's wilderness.
Just a 10-minute walk past the Golf course from Up The Creek.
