Botanical Glossary - HomePower Plant, El Rio
Built in the 1800's, this Hydro Electric Plant generated enough electricity to power the Textile Mill in San Sebastian. The water still slips along beside the building along its way to the farms in Vista Hermosa and San Agustin Etla.
