Rusting Monkey Wrench on tire - Britannia BC

Britannia Customs Pier: I found this interesting object rusting away on a tire, stored behind the Customs House on the path leading to the Customs Pier. This is an old style monkey wrench probably constructed in the 1950s or earlier - it seems a shame to just let it sit and rust into oblivion.
