Archeology - San Juan De Dios

Botanical Glossary - Home

A Large adobe church has been built next to this archeological site at San Juan De Dios. The Spaniards built other structures on an around this site in an attempt to erase the past religious history.

This old adobe wall with cactus growing stands behind the church and rests in part on a pyramid mound.
