Sea Cap III - Fraser River
The Sea Cap 3 part of the 'Valley Towing' company fleet of tugs and pile driving barges, leaving dock along the Fraser River (South end of Sapperton Landing Park) with a pile driving barge, destined for a job down river from New Westminster. The Pattulo, Sky Train, and CN train bridge are all built in the narrowest spot in the Fraser River (south of Sapperton Channel) connecting New Westminster and Surrey.
