Sedum Morganianum:
Donkey's tail, Burro's tail.
I photographed this plant in the village of San Agustin Etla, Oaxaca Mexico - January 2003. Although I did not partake of any of the leaves to see what they tasted like (it is owned by one of the villagers there) almost all of the Sedum plants are edible.
