Photos - After leaving the Hillside Cellar Winery grounds I continued heading north along the Naramata Bench on Naramata Road toward the town of Naramata. Along the way I stopped to photograph this lovely abandoned house in the 2400 block which has cedar siding from the 1940s era and asphalt shingles. I think that the view is probably a factor in this properties likability, as you can look over the edge of the clay bank bench to see a forest of sage brush that leads slopes down to the Okanagan Lake front. In the background the west bench and Summerland can be seen with Giant's head mountain popping up its rounded head.

Photos - Frame left: Looking west from Naramata Road toward Okanagan Lake and Summerland on the opposite side of the lake.

Frames right and center: Wharf Park on 1st street at Anna Avenue in Naramata. The sculpture in center frame was commissioned for the 2007 Naramata Centennial.

Photos - Views of the lakeshore from Wharf Park looking to the north (frames left and right) and to the west toward the West Bench (center frame). A small boat leaves the fishing area and heads back to the Naramata Yacht Club Marina on the opposite side of the point of land where Naramata is built.
