The Tree Swallow has iridescent green/blue/black above with white coloration below. The have slim, streamlined form and long pointed wings and forked tail - it's short beak has adapted to a gaping wide mouth especially evolved to catch flying insets. One of two chicks getting a mouthful of bugs as it leans out of the nesting box when the parent Swallow gets close.
