A small squirrel just trying to make his way in the world. This furry creature has found a cash of seeds in the hollow of a stump beside the North Shore Deer Lake Trail and stops to have a munch. A brave little beauty allowing hikers to pass within a few feet of him perched on the stump and paying close attention to the photographer on the other side of the trail as he hurries for a full belly.
