Riding in panorama perch - Victoria BC
As I walked along Wharf Street, I happened to catch something unique out of the corner of my eye. A city truck with a worker perched in a basket of a hydraulic arm scooting along Fort Street heading east by Government Street in Down Town Victoria. Definitely a box seat for viewing noon time rush hour traffic - watch out for low bridges!
